When two elephants fight, it is the grass that gets trampled. -African proverb
When church leaders bicker, feelings get hurt.
When church leaders argue, relationships get strained.
When church leaders scheme, trust gets broken.
When church leaders fight, people get trampled.
It doesn’t matter how big you think you are in the life of your church. It doesn’t matter how important you think your opinion is. It doesn’t matter how much better you think you are than everyone else. If you yell, pitch a fit, stab someone in the back or engage in intimidation, you’re an elephant. And you’re trampling God’s grass.

Makes me want to state the obvious about Republicans and “trampling God’s grass,” but I won’t. LOL
